Custom/Bespoke Integration with Backend Systems
MCL Voice Integration Partners are trained on MCL's integration options and many of them have designed and developed their own interfaces that fully integrate and extend the overall capabilities of MCL Next Generation Voice Solutions, whether for a BackOffice application, a warehouse management system, or enterprise resource planning system.
MCL-Bridge Bespoke/DLL
MCL's Next Generation Voice Solution provides MCL-Bridge DLL for you or your Software Partner to create a custom interface between your host application and your Voice Devices.
This highly customizable MCL-Bridge allows MCL Integration Partners to interface to your unique warehousing, logistic, or manufacturing systems and execute transactions right from the point of activity. It is offering an optimized mobile operator voice dialogue and optimized user interface for any system that requires bespoke interfacing methodologies.
The built-in interfacing processes of MCL-Bridge DLL is accelerating the development of custom integration with your host applications and reducing the overall implementation costs.
Forward Migration compatibility
MCL Bridges DLL is part of MCL's modular, layered approach offering the exchange of single shop-floor transaction data coming from your Voice Operators with multiple host systems - such as to Navision/MS Dynamics, SAP, Oracle, WMS or your custom-inhouse system - simultaneously.
For example, a task generated by your custom in-house WMS system can trigger MCL's Next Generation Voice Application to query an Oracle database. Once the Voice Assignment is completed MCL's Next Generation Voice Application can then update both the back-end WMS and Oracle systems with the resulting transaction.
It allows seamless, forward migration in situations that enterprises are changing from one ERP/WMS system to another, as it can update multiple systems for a period of time.
Mix and Match Device Types best for your Voice Operations
MCL Bridges (for SAP® / ERP-WMS / Database Systems / Web Services) are cross manufacturer, cross-operating systems compatible. Mix and match Voice Device populations and form factors to maximize worker productivity.
Each MCL-Bridge provides the same interface and connectivity regardless of the mobile voice computer features and form factor.
